Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive the itinerary. Prices are per person unless the product says it is a private charter, which is priced for the whole boat.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the experience. If weather forces us to cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund.
Minimum requirements
Some experiences carry age, licence or fitness conditions — for example driving a supercar. These are listed on the experience page and checked on the day.
