- How do I book two experiences together?
- Pick a combo from the Combos section, or add individual experiences to your day and we'll arrange them back to back. Combos are a single product with one price and one schedule.
- Are prices per person or per boat?
- Shared cruises and tours are priced per person. Private charters are priced for the whole boat — the card says which one it is.
- What if the weather is bad?
- Sailings and flights run in light rain; they are cancelled for strong wind or storms. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund — no questions asked.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?
- Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the experience. Write to us and we'll move your booking to another date whenever there is space.
- Do you cater for large groups?
- We do — private catamarans for up to 35 guests, and corporate or celebration days built around your headcount. Use the Groups & events page to tell us what you need.
- What languages do you run experiences in?
- English and Spanish as standard, with Catalan, French and German available on request. The crew speaks your language on every booking we confirm.
- Where do we meet?
- Each experience page lists its meeting point — most sailings leave from Port Vell, helicopter flights from the Barcelona heliport. You get exact instructions and a contact number after booking.
- Do I need to bring anything?
- Comfortable clothes, sun protection and shoes you don't mind getting damp. Everything listed under Included is provided on the day.
